In diapers, sanitary protection and incontinence products, consumers demanded ultra-comfortable, ultra-thin and ultra-absorbent qualities.

Global Players Comprise Force to Be Reckoned With

Global players in Costa Rican disposable paper products proved to be a highly competitive force, leaving little room for local players to compete. Kimberly-Clark Corp and SCA Consumidor México & Centroamérica were the leading companies: they set the tone for advertising and innovation.
