How long will it take to deliver a hard copy book?

All our reference books are dispatched by international courier and will usually be delivered within three working days. An invoice for the purchase will also be included. PDF versions of books are also available if the data is needed more urgently

Will I receive an invoice?

You will receive an electronic receipt by e-mail immediately after the purchase and a copy of the full invoice by post

What formats are reports available in?

All reports are displayed in HTML but also available to download in Word, or PDF format Additionally all the data contained in the report can be manipulated using powerful online tools, downloaded or exported to a spreadsheet. Custom charts of data can also be created on the fly by users, saved and inserted into presentations. The database can be accessed for a period of one year after your report purchase.
