In United Arab Emirates, food and drinks with at least one ethical label accounted for 30% of value sales in 2015. The largest contributors to this were the can be recycled label with US$1 billion, the no artificial preservatives with US$271 million and the locally sourced prominent label with US$210 million in sales. Strongest category performers were carbonates, bottled water and dairy with sales of US$344 million, US$199 million and US$176 million respectively.
