Michelle Grant, Head of Retailing, will be attending Retail’s Digital Summit September 26th through September 28th. The Digital Summit is a three day educational and networking event for digital and multichannel retail professionals. Hosted by Shop.org, the National Retail Federation’s digital division, the conference attracts more than 5,000 attendees. The event offers new ideas, actionable takeaways, access to the latest e-commerce technology and phenomenal networking with some of the brightest and most innovative players in retail. The summit will explore new tactics that take marketing, branding, social, mobile, and conversion to a whole new level.
The summit features thought leaders from the tech world such as Michio Kaku, renowned physicist and co-founder of String Theory and Shelly Palmer of Palmer Advanced Media. There is also an impressive line-up of retail innovators, including Shinola’s Founder Tom Kartsotis and President Jacques Panis and JCPenney’s EVP of Omnichannel Mike Amend.
The conference in 2015 explored four key trends: the dilemma of mobile, the next wave of personalization, the globalization of e-commerce and the rapid pace of innovation.
