Top findings from Euromonitor’s digital consumer industry insights survey include:

  • More than half of respondents view having a digital presence as an important component of its value proposition, but a majority do not see themselves as leading their industry in this regard.
  • The cloud and the Internet of Things (IoT) are the top two technologies companies are planning to invest in over the next five years.
  • Digital engagement, personalised experience and delivery and fulfillment are some of major factors that influenced digital commerce development in the past year
