These figures show the percentage of the adult population in each country aged between 20 and 79 years with any form of diabetes, both Type 1 and Type 2.
The only countries in the map that are forecast to see a reduction in diabetes prevalence from 2000-2030 are Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Georgia, Pakistan, Sweden and Hong Kong, China.
