A Semana Internacional do Café (SIC) é uma das maiores feiras do mundo e o grande encontro de profissionais que tem o objetivo de conectar e gerar oportunidades para toda a cadeia do café brasileiro no acesso a mercados, conhecimento e negócios.
 
A SIC oferece conteúdo de ponta para os profissionais do setor em palestras, cursos, workshops, competições, provas de café, pesquisas e degustações orientadas. Estar na SIC é se conectar ao que há de mais inovador no mercado de café na troca de conhecimento entre os líderes e gestores do setor.
 
Com o atual cenário mundial, realizaremos uma retomada em 2021 com segurança e protocolos sanitários no Expominas, em Belo Horizonte, em atividades presenciais, exposição de produtos, experiências, rodadas de negócios e também com transmissão ao vivo do evento com presença digital em conteúdos simultâneos.
 
Session title: Atualização do mercado global e brasileiro de cafés - tendências, consumidores e inovação
 
Session description: Após 2 anos de pandemia, começamos a perceber os efeitos da COVID-19 sob o cenário macroeconômico que vêm impactando diretamente o mercado brasileiro e mundial de cafés. Além disso, convivemos com mudanças climáticas que prejudicam não só as safras como a ocasião de consumo do café e vivenciamos uma escalada do preço do café para o consumidor que impactou diretamente as vendas. Isso nos faz reavaliar e buscar entender quais são as tendências que irão influenciar o consumo de cafés, como e quem são os consumidores de cafeína e como inovar para se preparar para as instabilidades do mercado e para o consumidor do futuro.
