About Darren

Darren is part of the food and nutrition specialisation team. In his capacity as Team Lead, he is responsible for people development and managing multi-country projects, especially in the Asia Pacific region.

Darren has experience working across the consumer foodservice, ingredients, and drinks industries, helping companies understand their markets and consumers. He refines his clients' growth strategy by assessing market sizes, dynamics, and the consumer voice. In addition to delivering insights to senior stakeholders, Darren leverages Euromonitor’s array of quantitative and qualitative tools and a strong global network of industry analysts and research consultants, to help further advance his clients' thinking.

Before joining Euromonitor, Darren was a management consultant advising MNCs in the technology, banking, and pharmaceutical industries. 

Darren graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of London. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
