Online lodging bookings benefiting from convenience and affordability

Lodging online, particularly through intermediaries, grew strongly in 2019. Price discounts, a growing range of mobile apps, a wide selection of hotels and an increasing portfolio of other accommodation options, such as homestays and guest houses, are driving the expansion of online lodging bookings through OTA sites.
