Risks to the outlook are skewed to the downside and are dominated by the virus dynamics in the near term. Quicker containment of the infection could bring back activity significantly faster. Growth of real GDP will gradually slow, falling to 3.6% in 2022 and about 2.5% per year after 2025; roughly equivalent to the economy’s growth potential but below pre-crisis rates.
