Though the company’s active users and revenue per user are increasing, Lyft remains unprofitable. Lyft plans to improve sustainability with electric cars and increased micro-mobility and increase use to autonomous vehicles. Despite lack of profitability, Lyft continues to develop to improve its offering to consumers.
