Consumers are becoming better informed about ways to stay healthy and take a preventative approach to their health, rather than simply looking to cure illnesses when they happen.
In 2021, NH tea continued to see strong growth in demand in retail volume and current value terms. This was supported by the increased focus on health and immunity in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
After the recovery in 2021, it is expected that naturally healthy beverages will see healthy value growth over the forecast period.
