The US retail industry has a wide range of holidays around which to strategise throughout the year, but no shopping season is as important as the end of year holiday season. November and December are some of the biggest shopping months of the year in North America. Officially kicking off with Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday and continuing through to the end of December, the end of year holiday season is thus critical for both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce players.
