Carl provides thought leadership and advises clients on how key trends in snacks and changing consumer behaviour will impact business operations. He specialises in trend discovery, innovation and snack product development.
Carl has worked in the food space for more than a decade. Prior to his career at Euromonitor, Carl was a food formulation scientist working on enzyme processing aids, snack bars, and processed pasteurised cheese products. He has supported clients in nutrition labelling, formula design and go-to market support.
