Monserrath Salas is a research analyst on the Food and Beverages team at Euromonitor International.
Previously, she was a food technologist at a health and wellness company where she led efforts related to product development.
She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in Nutrition with a Marketing minor, before coming to Chicago to pursue her Master’s in Food Process Engineering at IIT.
