Karina is a Research Analyst at Euromonitor International with a focus on food and nutrition. Based in Chicago, she has over a year of experience in the industry.
Karina drives strategic research by commissioning packaged food projects for the following Northern Latin American markets: Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. She also offers thought leadership on multiple topics in food and nutrition seen across the region.
Prior to joining Euromonitor, Karina worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin’s IC2 Institute where she performed qualitative research for both US focused and Latin American focused studies.
