London and Paris Co-opetition in a Time of Uncertainty

As the clock counts down to the UK’s official Brexit day, the city tourism boards of London and Paris did not wait for the politicians to establish the UK’s future trading relationship with the EU. Forging ahead, London and Paris together announced a programme of enhanced cooperation for economic and tourism development starting in 2018. Coopetitors or frenemies, the two cities see more opportunities than threats in working together in times of uncertainty.
