Isam Arshad has spent over a decade honing his expertise in market research across a wide range of industries, during which time he has advised clients and provided thought leadership on the evolution of major trends in home and technology industries. He is an expert in many fields, including web content, data analysis, editorial content, and client engagement. Isam has a master's degree in Knowledge Management from the Graduate School of Management UIA Malaysia. He worked as a research manager in the hospitality trading industry in Saudi Arabia before joining Euromonitor.
