Yvonne is the Director of Research for Asia Pacific, tasked with advancing our Passport research modernisation programme towards scale and efficiencies, whilst keeping client-centric interests at the core of all research activities and decisions.
Yvonne's remit and responsibilities necessitate an understanding of the continuously evolving commercial needs across Passport industries and organising resources and expertise to optimally deliver across Passport and Consulting. This entails strategising with internal teams to achieve success in external dialogue and engagements, and exploring/leveraging technology to maximise results. In her previous role, Yvonne was the Head of Vertical, with a focus on the home products and appliances and electronics sectors. Working closely with internal industry experts and research teams, her focus was to deliver quantitative outputs that are bolstered further by strategic and actionable thought leadership, to spark commercial engagement and opportunities. This included advocating for an evolution of research methods to achieve scale efficiencies through automation and centralisation. Prior to that, she worked on food and beverage consulting projects for the Asia Pacific region, as well as in regional events management.
