How it helps you

From question to cited answer

1

Enable it once

Your Microsoft 365 administrator enables the Passport AI agent from the Agent Store, or adds the MCP connector, and controls which users and groups it’s released to. No build, no developers.

2

Ask in plain language

Ask in Copilot Chat or Excel the way you’d ask a colleague. A cited answer comes back in under a minute, with the Passport source, edition and data references named.

3

Add your own data

In Excel, point it at your own numbers in the same workbook and set them against the Passport benchmark. One connected answer, source named.

Passport Connect is an optional addition to a Passport subscription. One Connect licence opens access to both the API and MCP routes, serving the content you already licence.

Yes. The Passport AI agent and the MCP connector run inside Copilot, so users need a Copilot licence and their own Passport access. Entitlements are enforced per user.

The Passport intelligence core in your subscription: market sizes, forecasts, company and brand shares, Voice of the Consumer, and pricing and menu data. The Stats API covers the statistics; the Insights API covers report content and analysis.

Passport data remains in our systems. No content is indexed or stored outside them, the connection is read-only, and your queries aren’t used to train Euromonitor or third-party models.

Answers are grounded in Passport and cite their source, which is what makes them checkable. Read what comes back as you would any analyst’s answer, particularly where a question has been paraphrased.

Yes. Your Claude administrator controls which users and groups the connector is released to, and can withdraw it at any time.

Yes. Your Microsoft 365 administrator controls which users and groups the agent and connector are released to and can withdraw them at any time.

A paste is a snapshot with no provenance and no entitlement check. Passport Connect is a live lookup that fetches what the question needs, cites its source, and appears in your usage logs.

The Passport AI agent is a branded agent you open in Copilot and is live today. The federated connector, in development for H2 2026, makes Passport a source that Copilot Chat and the Researcher agent draw on automatically.

Authentication details are issued within 48 hours of a request being logged. Pre-sales technical support is available while you scope, and the Euromonitor Digital team supports you after go-live.
