Tomas is a Data Analyst working on Euromonitor’s Economies and Consumers research. His role is to analyse a vast array of economic data sets and develop macroeconomic models to provide insight into market trends, consumer behaviour, and overall economic performance.
Tomas uses programming and modelling skills, with expertise in programming languages like R, to write scripts for data cleaning, processing and analysis, and to build predictive models. Tomas works with and models macro data, including MQ forecasts and macro scenarios, and has served a prominent role in the development of calculation tools, as well as working collaboratively with other teams on set projects. His experience here has allowed him to hone his skills in data analysis and modelling, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced, impactful insights.
