Meat substitutes also continues to be a trend, with well known companies like Impossible featured prominently at the show. However, meat substitute companies are expanding into other ingredients such as jackfruit. In consumer foodservice, personalisation continues to be a trend, evident in self-pour bars. In delivery, companies are focused on sustainable, durable containers.
