New product developments in low-carb potatoes confirm the move away from carb-dense foods

In line with healthy alternatives gaining momentum across food categories, in 2018 New Zealand company T&G launched a range of low-carb potatoes called Lotatoes. This product has been naturally sourced and harvested and contains 40% fewer carbs and fewer calories than other commonly available potato varieties.
