In 2022, Coca-Cola expanded the roll-out of its Universal Bottle by introducing it in the Argentinian market, after its initial launch in Brazil in 2018. Through this pack type, Coca-Cola aims to offer multiple products across its still and sparkling portfolio in the same reusable bottle, with the same colour, size and shape.
Small pack sizes continued to gain share in 2022 after their revival in 2021 as COVID-19 restrictions were eased or lifted and, consequently, on-the-go consumption began to resume in earnest. In bottled water packaged in PET bottles, the 1,500ml pack size is most commonly used, although the 500ml size was most dynamic in 2022.
