Although price remains the primary consideration for the majority of Brazilians when purchasing soft drinks, other concerns such as environmental sustainability are beginning to influence the decisions of consumers as well. This is especially the case when it comes to packaging.
Despite the ongoing recovery of the national economy, many households are still concerned about their financial situations and rational purchasing decisions still prevail. However, this does not necessarily mean that consumers automatically reach for the absolute lowest-priced product or brand.
