Outbound departures will recover to pre-pandemic levels in 2025, with both business outbound and leisure outbound reaching 2019 levels. MICE outbound will take until 2027 to fully recover, though is set to see by far the fastest growth within outbound departers overall, largely because it is still rising from a comparatively small base.
Plzen is the most popular city for domestic tourists in 2022 and will remain so throughout the forecast period. Prague is in second place, while for inbound arrivals it is way ahead of the rest.
