In comparison with the two previous years, the number of people doing out of home activities in 2022 was considerably higher. All COVID-19 restrictions were lifted as the pandemic receded and a greater proportion of the population had been vaccinated.
In Paraguay, women are mainly responsible for cleaning the home while men tend to take care of the garden. In upper and middle class households, it is normally female maids who are employed to do the cleaning.
