Description of the event: Después de 15 a 18 meses de aislamiento y trabajo remoto, los hábitos de consumo están cambiando. La industria de Foodservice no solo compite con actores dentro del mismo mercado sino que con otras industrias como la de alimentos empaquetados y cualquier que pueda suplir una ocasión de alimento. Los nuevos hábitos sociales generarán nuevos puntos de contacto entre las marcas y los consumidores, además de crear nuevas vías para el descubrimiento y la lealtad. En esta presentación revisaremos el panorama del foodservice en America Latina y los factores que empujan una recuperación a niveles del 2019 en los distintos mercados. Nos enfocaremos también en la ventaja competitiva que tiene el delivery tanto para foodservice y alimentos, además de las oportunidades que se presentan en este canal bajo un nuevo tipo de consumo.
