The company has a wide portfolio of products, which ranges from hard premium cheese to economy soft cheese, which allows it to reach a wide consumer base. Additionally, the firm has an extensive distribution network, which allows it to reach consumers through traditional grocery retailers (the most important distribution channel). The company’s products are typically priced below the average to make them more affordable than competitors’ products. Although the company has national coverage, Antioquia area (in western Colombia) is its most important market since the company was founded there.
