The cafés/bars channel is usually one of the last to be hit by consumption deceleration, as consumers continue drinking coffee or alcoholic drinks in tough times. It continues to position itself as a place where people can meet for either social occasions or work meetings, and aims to generate experiences surrounding the coffee-drinking experience.
